Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains how Adrama S.r.l. processes the personal data of people who visit adrama.it, use the contact form or chat with the AI assistant, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

5. AI assistant

The assistant on this website is an artificial intelligence system, not a person. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes: for binding information, write to info@adrama.it.

To generate answers, the text of the conversation is sent via API to Anthropic PBC (United States), which provides the AI model. Adrama does not save conversations in its own systems: they stay in your browser and are deleted when you close or reload the page. Anthropic processes the data as a service provider under its commercial terms, which state that data sent via the API is not used to train its models, and keeps it for a limited period for safety purposes. Using the chat is optional: you can always contact us through the form or by email.

6. Who we share data with

Data is processed by authorised Adrama staff and collaborators and by providers acting as data processors:

Data may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision for certified providers, or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@adrama.it: we reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.

9. Cookies

The website only uses technical cookies and tools needed for it to work. Details are in our Cookie policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
